He also holds qualifications of MBA, M.Com, MCHE, CS, MAPC, M.A Economics and PGDCL & IPR. His forte lies in dealing with the matters related to High Courts, District Courts, Consumer Forums, RBI, National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), IPR’s and Other Tribunals, Restructuring of corporates and related secretarial contents.
He has an invaluable experience in the field of Civil & Criminal Laws, Tax, IPR’s and Corporate Law matters. He has an acute proficiency in matters of Non-Banking Financing Companies, Debt Recovery Tribunals and High Court Matters and Other Tribunals. He is an Attorney in the matters related to Intellectual Property Rights and Allied Affairs. He is also certified as a Qualified Mediator by OCMC, National Law School of India University, Bengaluru and ICADR, New Delhi at National Law School of India University (NLSIU)
